Family Friendly Atmosphere

Keeping in the “family tradition” that has always made Jackson’s Lodge and Log Cabins the special place it is, Jackson’s Café was inspired and created by three of Elmont and Audrey Jackson’s daughters.

Gloria Jackson, the present owner of Jackson’s, partnered with sisters Hylie (Jackson) Marquis and Bonnie (Jackson) Crawford to create a comfortable, relaxing, and palate-pleasing breakfast experience.

Utilizing the original dining room from the era her parents ran Jackson’s, Gloria has provided a comfortable atmosphere which includes antique furniture and memorabilia from The Lodge’s early days.

Bonnie, a successful and experienced cook, and former owner and manager of Bessie’s Diner, located in Canaan, Vermont, is in able charge of the kitchen.

Along with the usual breakfast fare one would expect… and all the homemade breads, rolls, and baked treats…  Jackson’s Café also offers unique and creative daily specials utilizing fresh seasonal ingredients.
