Jackson’s Lodge is featured in Image Magazine
We are thrilled to announce that Jackson’s Lodge was recently featured in Image Magazine – a vibrant publication that covers local happenings, local people, local businesses & community news in over 50 towns in the Upper Valley. A PDF of the complete story can be downloaded here.
At the end of a quarter-mile dirt road are the Lodge, a breakfast café, and lakeside cabins, graced with gardens and pristine international Lake Wallace.
Audrey and Elmont Jackson’s six daughters (from left) are Bonnie, Francine, Gloria, Connie, Hylie, and Donna.
Each cabin has its own very clean, quaint, country-style decor. The historic, main lodge was built in the 1920s; shown is one of the two fieldstone fireplaces. Cabin guests enjoy the conveniences of fully equipped kitchens. A TripAdvisor peer review describes the Lodge as “unreal, like a Bing Crosby movie!” that offers a comforting sense of going back in time.
