Jacksons Lodge 64 Years in Business

Our Café, Family Friendly Atmosphere

Keeping in the “family tradition” that has always made Jackson’s Lodge and Log Cabins the special place it is, today’s Jackson’s Café was inspired and re-opened by three of the “Jackson girls” in 2007. Gloria partnered with her sisters Bonnie & Hylie to create and deliver a comfortable, relaxing, palate-pleasing homemade country-style breakfast destination.

Jackson’s Café is a dining experience of going-back-in-time to the mid 1950’s when their mother provided her guests with the ‘American plan’. Back then, the lakeside cabins did not have kitchens. Audrey served breakfast, lunch, and dinner to her patrons in this cozy, endearing space. Given the original table clothes (today protected under glass), antique wood-burning cook stove, Edison hand crank phonograph, original artifacts that grace the walls, window sills, and ceiling fixtures; Gloria stewards this tradition by showcasing original dining room memorabilia – providing a reminiscent atmosphere from Jackson’s Lodge early bygone days.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy your breakfast with us – meals are hearty, portions generous, all homemade. You can look forward to your breakfast crafted with wholesome, fresh ingredients. We prepare each meal to order; just the way you like it. Everything on the menu is good, and too, we’re famous for Bonnie’s corned beef hash, Hylie’s Homemade breads, and our strawberry-rhubarb jams & pies. Along with the usual homemade breakfast fare, breads, pies, and baked treats; Jackson’s Café also offers unique and creative weekend specials garnished with fresh seasonal ingredients.

We invite you to treat yourself and your loved ones to
this memorable gathering experience…
